Because we ship directly from our partners, please use the following estimates for your delivery:

Please note that delivery time = Processing Time (2-3 days) + Shipping Estimate. For example, a US order typically takes a total of 12-18 business days to arrive from the date of purchase.

2. While most packages arrive on the earlier side of these windows, factors like customs inspections and local postal delays are outside of our control.

4. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred upon arrival in the destination country.

Tracking Your Order
All orders come with a tracking number, which will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
If you did not receive a tracking number, please contact us at info@snugiva.com, and we will assist you promptly.
You can track your order by using the tracking number in the "track my order" page on our store.
Limitations and Liability
While we strive to meet the above shipping timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or carrier delays.
While Snugiva is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers, we stand by our customers. If your tracking information has not updated for 10+ days, please contact us at info@snugiva.com. We will file an inquiry with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will work with you to provide a replacement or a solution.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Snugiva is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Snugiva is not responsible for delays due to customs.
