Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Important:

Please include your order number and clear photos/videos of the item's condition.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

Please note:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues (Defective Products)

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@snugiva.com with photo proof. We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, we will send a replacement or provide a full refund. In cases of damage, you usually do not need to ship the item back.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on personal care goods or used items. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
