When will my Snugiva arrive?
We know you need relief fast! We process orders in 2-3 business days. Due to high demand and our global shipping partners, your belt will typically arrive in 12–18 business days.

What if I don't like the color or it's not for me?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you change your mind, you can return the unused product in its original packaging. Please note that for "change of mind" returns, the customer covers the international shipping cost to our headquarters.

What if it arrives damaged or doesn't turn on?
Quality is our priority. If your belt is defective or damaged upon arrival, email us immediately at: info@snugiva.com with a photo/video. If the product is indeed defected we will ship you a brand-new replacement for free or give you a full refund depends on what you rather you won’t even have to send the broken one back.
